Kibokoni Renovations

Kibokoni Renovations reimagines a coastal property with a thoughtful balance between heritage character and contemporary comfort. Located in the historic Kibokoni area, the project focuses on revitalizing existing structures while preserving the architectural identity of the neighborhood. The renovation introduces refined living spaces, improved natural ventilation, and stronger connections between indoor areas and the surrounding landscape.

The design approach prioritizes adaptive reuse and subtle modernization. Existing materials and structural elements were carefully restored, while new interventions introduce light-filled interiors, updated spatial layouts, and improved functionality. Outdoor terraces and open courtyards extend the living experience, allowing natural light and coastal breezes to flow through the spaces. The result is a harmonious blend of past and present—creating a residence that respects its historic context while meeting modern living standards.
